Our self-sufficient Dies and Pattern Making Setup Includes :

• Latest CAD/CAM software


• CNC Vertical Machining Centre with Auto Tool Changer (VMC)


• Spark Erosion Machine


• Surface Grinding Machine


• 3-D CNC Engraving Machine

A team of our qualified engineers undertakes the entire process – right from the 3-D modelling, testing of the design parameters, designing the die to generating the CAM programs for the VMC.

The program is directly fed to the VMC for machining of the die. Any sharp corners or tight areas are finished using the Spark Erosion or Electric Discharge

Our infrastructure and facilities for non-ferrous castings and forgings is backed by advanced machines. At GQ FORGE , we maintain a small foundry to finish odd jobs that are required by our esteemed customers and are not possible to be forged or hot stamped. This in-house facility enables us to provide complete end-to-end solutions to clients seeking non-ferrous components developed.

Sometimes, the foundry is also used to produce prototypes for inspection and testing quickly.

The finishes and tolerances of all non-ferrous metal forgings are continuously monitored during the forging and trimming process. In case any deviation is observed, we can stop the production and immediately take the die to the in-house tool room for remedial action.

Fettling and shot blasting machines of sufficient capacity act as the starting stage of the machine shop. At GQ FORGE , we host an array of conventional machines for grinding, turning, drilling, milling and tapping machines to complete the fully finished non-ferrous castings and forgings to suit the customer requirements. There are continuous additions to the machine shop as the needs arise.

Our ability to continually embrace new technologies and tools help our machine shop stay updated for all current and future requirements.

In order to ensure that external factors do not hamper the production, we augment our production facilities with supporting infrastructure such as :

• 100% diesel generator back-up in case of an electricity grid failure or load shedding


• 5 MT Electrically Operated Overhead (EOT) crane covering the entire premises


• 24×7 manned security along with CCTV cameras for surveillance


• Dry-air compressor for pneumatic assembly and grinding tools


• Direct leased line internet connectivity for faster communication
