• IATF 16949: This standard, developed by the International Automotive Task Force, is specifically designed for the automotive sector.

• AS9100: As a leading quality management standard for the aerospace industry, AS9100 incorporates all ISO 9001 requirements along with additional criteria unique to aviation, space, and defence organisations.

• NADCAP: Certification in process.

• VMM (Video Measuring Machine): 100% of the product is tested automatically with the help of a class A VMM system at high speed. To avoid manual errors.

• FORGING SIMULATION SYSTEM: To ensure design work achieves 1st time right.

• AUTOMATED ERP BASED WMS: The entire manufacturing process, from inward to dispatch, is managed through an ERP system with a smart dashboard for various functions reflecting corrective and actionable intelligence.

• PROFILE PROJECTOR: High-quality measurements that cannot be accurately tested through normal gauges and other instruments. (PP) helps measure complex dimensions.

• SPECTROMETER: Helps ensure chemical composition in-house with accuracy.

• OTHER INSTRUMENTS: Hardness Tester | Conductivity Meter | Digital Trimos | Roughness Tester. All the instruments are high-calibre equipment to ensure zero deviations.
