Our self-sufficient Dies and Pattern Making Setup Includes :

• Latest CAD/CAM software
• CNC Vertical Machining Centre with Auto Tool Changer (VMC)
• Spark Erosion Machine
• Surface Grinding Machine
• 3-D CNC Engraving Machine

A team of our qualified engineers undertakes the entire process – right from the 3-D modelling, testing of the design parameters, designing the die to generating the CAM programs for the VMC.

The program is directly fed to the VMC for machining of the die. Any sharp corners or tight areas are finished using the Spark Erosion or Electric Discharge Machine.

The branding or part numbering is completed using the 3D engraving machine.
