Forge Shop

A fully equipped forge shop with forging machines of the following capacities:

• 100T
• 150T
• 250T
• 300T

Multiple cutting and trimming presses of capacities:

• 20T
• 30T
• 50T

The finishes and tolerances of all non-ferrous metal forgings are continuously monitored during the forging and trimming process. In case any deviation is observed, we can stop the production and immediately take the die to the in-house tool room for remedial action.
